Clean, quiet bedroom with new, comfortable mattress, tv, mini fridge and wi-fi. Good for 1 night sleep or full week. Access to nice, screened porch to enjoy a cup of coffee or 'work from home'. Guest(s) will have access to kitchen, refrigerator and most of the rest of the house. We can be very socialable or give you your space, whatever works best. House is easy to find with driveway or on street parking. Bedroom is quiet. You have your privacy. Room also works well with a child. House is walking distance to mall, movie theater and running track. Guests are welcome to use porch or back patio. Guests are welcome to store bicycles in our garage. We can visit with guest or give them their space, whichever is preferred. Residential neighborhood conveniently located near mall, movie theaters, Target, and school. Best way to get around is car and bicycle. Community is bike friendly however most of the riding is on roads. Limited trails. Near Target with Starbucks, coffee drive through shop and lighted city streets for an evening walk. Easy to find from freeway location.
