Ground floor private space perfect for professionals or holidaymakers. Close to Warwick Hospital, JLR, Telent, Severn Trent, IBM and motorways. 15min walk to train station, 2min walk to shops and bus stop, 20min walk to Warwick town ctr for all visitor attractions/shops/restaurants/pubs, 5min drive to M40. Free parking on driveway. Kettle/tea/coffee/milk in room as well as microwave with plates and cutlery. Private entrance to the guest space with key. Private en-suite bathroom. Quiet private ground door bedroom with double ottoman storage bed and en-suite bathroom. Private entrance with key available from a key safe so you will be able to come and go as you please. Parking is available on the driveway or on the street directly outside the property. In the space I provide fresh clean bed linen and towels, toilet roll, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap) and hair dryer. There is a kettle with tea/coffee/milk/sugar/sweetener, microwave, a plates/bowls and some cutlery, a wall-mounted TV and free WIFI. Due to the coronavirus, I’m taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Self check in is available along with a private entrance to minimise person-to-person contact during your stay. Space offered is room only, there is no access to shared areas. I live in the main house and work from home so it’s likely I will be around during your stay. Feel free to message me and ask questions, I am more than happy to advise on the local area, attractions, transport links etc. You are welcome to book if you are working nights however please be aware the guest space is next to the kitchen so there will be household noise throughout the day, especially at weekends. I have cats so bear this in mind when booking in case of allergies. They do not have access to the guest space but have full access to the rest of the house. Quiet neighbourhood with local shops a 2 minute walk away. Lovely pub which serves great food and drinks including cocktails a 10 minute walk away overlooking the canal. Warwick town centre is approx a 20 minute walk away for access to boutique shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. Sightseeing locations like Warwick Castle and the Lord Leycester Hospital are in the town centre. Very close to Warwick Hospital, only an 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive. Bus stop a short walk away located by the local shops. Warwick train station is approximately a 15 minute walk. Uber or taxi is a good way to get around also. I have cats who are also generally around the property however I don’t allow them into the guest space as a matter of courtesy.
