Master Bedroom - Modern and Comfortable

Our home is simply modern and comfortable. We have a large backyard that is fenced and safe for you. Enjoy the sunset from our beautiful patio while you barbecue on our small charcoal grill. We welcome guests with small pets under 20 lbs., but they must be current on shots, neutered/spayed and sociable with people and other animals. There is an additional charge of $15 per pet/per day. Our hope is that you find our place your home away from home. If you are traveling alone or with your family, we hope that you find comfort in our home. It has a modern feel that creates a comfortable space. Our home is inviting, relaxing and comes with great amenities. Feel free to use our fully equipped kitchen for your cooking/baking needs, all we ask is that you clean after yourselves. Our washer and dryer is also available for use. Although smoking is not allowed in our home you can smoke outside in the patio, just be sure to not leave butts on ground and clean the ashtrays as needed. *Absolutely NO unregistered guest without prior approval. While we do not live at this home full time, we are available to our guests when needed. We are only a phone call or text away and live in the city. Our home is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, that is not far from the freeway and shopping centers. You can expect friendly neighbors walking their pets on the sidewalks, and there is a park in the neighborhood with a playground for children. Our home is not far from Interstate 35. We are within 10 minutes from DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, and Waxachachie. We are 20 minutes from Downtown Dallas, the Grand Prarie Outlets, and Joe Pool Lake.
