Shepherds hut in a rural setting

Nestled within the idyllic Shardeloes Farm estate, sits a cosy shepherds hut with a double bed, kitchen, wood burning stove and bathroom with shower. Outside on the terrace is a comfortable seating area with a bbq for you to relax and look out to the exquisite countryside views. You can even bring your own horse to join you on your stay. Less than an hour from London and close to the M25/M40, the perfect country escape is closer than you think. Shepherd hut with outside terrace and bbq area with table and chairs. Inside there is a seating area which turns into a double bed, kitchen side with fridge, kettle and sink. A log burner (we can provide logs) and a separate bathroom with toilet and shower. Can unload close to the hut but parking is a short walk away in the car park. The gates are automatically shut at night and re open in the morning. Live on site so can be around but leave guests to the own devices. Lots of walks in the surrounding area (Chiltern’s). Old amersham high street is within a walkable distance with coffee shops, pubs and clothing/interior shops. Little missenden is a 5 mile walk away, very pleasant and has two pubs. Parking is onsite. A car is the easiest option to get around but old Amersham is within a walkable distance but hilly on the way back! You can book riding lessons while you are staying with us or take a walk around the surrounding areas.
