Between a river and a marina, recently converted. Lovely open space. Near York, Doncaster, Leeds. Walking distance to local shop and pub. Great for fishing as next to river and canal and sugar mill ponds very close. 10 mins by car to the center of Goole. Local village (Rawcliffe) has a great choice of takeaways and places to eat in. Many great pubs locally also. Complete use of the house, and amenities The whole house Make yourselves at home. I do not live at the property but am always at the other end of the phone if you have any questions or need anything. The barn is located near goole, and is within easy access of York, Doncaster and Leeds. Close interests are Sugar mill pond, Rawcliffe bridge pub, river Don (fishing) most major motorways There is ample parking available. You can park on the drive however the curb has not been dropped so some cars will be able to go on and some not depending on how high off the ground it is. If you have a low car then don’t worry there is a gravely area opposite the house where you can park Nothing, just turn up and have a good time !
