Ideally located with spectacular views across the Hamble river, our home is perfect for: - Spending quality time with family and friends, - Hosting a special birthday celebration, - Treating a sail crew racing or cruising from the Solent The house is a newly renovated, stylish property over looking the River Hamble with plenty of space and comfort for your group. You will be able to enjoy the spectacular views of the river while dining on the roof terrace, have a chilled BBQ in the garden or even host a dinner party in the conservatory. The house can comfortably accommodate 12 to 14 people in 7 bedrooms. Six of the 7 bedrooms can be set up as twin euro singles or super-king doubles, to suit your group. One bedroom has a single-double bunk bed. Full access to this property with a code lock on the front door for convenience! There is also a smart door bell to contact us directly if you need any help with access. We have a designated host who lives in the area who will be available on check in and throughout your stay as a main point of contact if you need anything! The wonderful Hamble has so much to offer too! This beautiful little river side spot allows you to enjoy Hamble’s great pubs and restaurants, SUP and sailing schools, beautiful walks through nature reserves, and for the icing on the cake… even a high-tea or gin cruises up the river. The town is close to the M27, with a mainline train station a 10 minute drive away. Five of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, convenient for accessibility Amenities available include hair dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron - but please let us know if you would like or need any particular amenity/ies for your stay.
