Classic cottage (Sommerhus) renovated in bright colors, located on the North west coast of Zealand, Odsherred. Contains all modern conveniences. Good space for up to 6 people. It is located undisturbed on a large old plot. Here is time for rest and relaxation, but there are also shopping, restaurants, mini golf and similar within walking distance. Welcome to a nice and functional cottage of 88 m2. The house is located on Zealand at Sejrøbugten, close to the water and only an hour's drive from Copenhagen. It includes: large living room with open kitchen and good dining area, fireplace, and U-sofa. TV with many channels and chromecast (Danish, international). Three good bedrooms. Bedroom with double bed, children's room with bunk bed (90x200) and single bed, and smaller room with bunk bed (90x200). Bathroom with toilet, shower, floor heating and washing machine. Large wooden terrace with table, chairs and barbecue, as well as small covered space with outdoor sofa and armchairs. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Child-friendly beach with wide sandy beach and small dunes, as well as fantastic views over the entire Sejrøbugten (1000m). Close to shopping and good transport links both by train, bus and ferry from Jutland. Nearest big city is Vig with shops, cinema, flea markets through summer. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Electricity and water are settled separately. The house is situated in an old well-planted holiday home area, where deer and hares move freely.. Everything will be done to make guests feel comfortable and have a nice holiday. The host is not present while guests are staying in the house. Summerland Zealand (sommerland sjælland), where all rides are free when the entrance hall is paid, Odsherred Zoo in Asnæs or Dragsholm Castle from the 13th century, where the white ghost reportedly resided, the castle is unique and scenic situated at Nekselø bay, where you can also get a culinary experience with local produce. Worth a visit is also Nykøbing Sjælland town which has numerous shopping opportunities with several supermarkets and a cozy pedestrian street with specialty shops and cafes, or go to Rørvig and enjoy the atmosphere at the harbor where you can buy and enjoy freshly caught fish every day while the children catch crabs from the pier. Activities include: swimming pool, flea markets, cinema in Vig, music events and nature museums / walks and many other exciting nature activities for children and adults. The house is situated close to shopping (500m to the nearest supermarket) and good transport links both by train from Nykøbing Sj. and Holbæk, bus to and from Høje Tåstrup and ferry connections to Jutland via Sjællands Odde.
