This charming semi-detached house is set on the 1st floor of a country house and has a wonderful terrace with sea view which invites you to enjoy the fresh air from morning to evening. On the ground floor is ITK110; the nearby former barn ITK126 is an independent house. Large shared shaded garden. The beach promenade offers clubs and bathing establishments. Nearby you will also find beautiful white beaches that are in no way inferior to the Caribbean Sea! In Rosignano Solvay a weekly market is held on Monday morning. The town Castiglioncello, with its open-air summer cinema and different markets, is 5 km away. Via the state road Aurelia (2 km) you can easily reach the towns of Livorno (25 km) and Piombino (40 Km, Ferry to the Island Elba). The charming Etruscan town of of Volterra is less than an hour away and accessible by driving through a beautiful hilly landscape. Arrival possible only between 4 pm - 8 pm.
