Cozy 1 bedroom house + guesthouse (add on)

Just outside Södertälje, about 40 minutes with car from Stockholm Central, you'll find this 50 m2 cozy cabin + guesthouse. This holiday home is a relaxing and very private place with direct access to the forest. The lake Mälaren is just a 10 minutes walk away and the closest grocery store is 10 minutes away with car. 1-3 persons: Access to to cabin 4-5 persons: Access to the cabin and the guesthouse. Cabin: One small bedroom with a 120 cm wide bed. One living room with one sofa bed and one 90 cm bed (you can also put these together to get a large bed for 2 persons), a cozy fireplace and a tv with a lot och channels and movies included. One kitchen with a smaller stove with 2 hotplates and one new refridgerator/freezer. One inside porch with a table and chairs for 4 persons but if it's good weather i recommend you to eat outside in the arbor. Guesthouse: New built guesthouse 13 m2 with twinbeds (2*80 cm). If you’re doing a reservation for more than 3 persons, you’ll get access to the guesthouse. You will need a car though there's no public transportation to this area. 2 bikes are included in the rent.
