On the hills of the famed Athens Riviera, lives the 200sq.m. (2.150sq.f.) Grand Pool Villa Lagonissi. A spacious living room, 3 Bedrooms and 4,5 bathrooms with fully equipped kitchen and updated furniture make this home perfect for families or large groups looking for privacy and luxury vacation. The crescendo to the story is the outdoor entertainment private pool area, complete with relaxing cabana, pool dinning tables, stone built yards and barbecue experience. For Reviews click on my profile! The house is a one storey villa with a nice garden all around and a private swimming pool at the backyard. Living room: The spacious living room has a center located fireplace and three couches with their tables. Near the fireplace, you also have the study with the library. Dining areas: Opposite to the living room is the main dining room with a big round crystal table for eight people. In the kitchen, you also have a large dining kitchen table with six (Website hidden by Airbnb) the dining room area there is also a WC for guests. There are also two tables by the pool, one for 10 people and the other for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, dish washer, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator with ice maker, water cooler, cutlery, dishes and dining accessories, as well as pots and pans are available in the kitchen cupboards. There is also one refrigerator (mini bar) on the balcony outside the kitchen. Near the kitchen is a small room for the washing machine and food storage. Outside the kitchen is another BBQ, for easy use. Next to the kitchen you can also find a pantry along with the washing machine and the cleaning products. Bedrooms: The master bedroom is opposite to the swimming pool with its private bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom sleeps 3 in one double and one single bed with 2 big closets and 2 studying desks. The third bedroom has one double bed with 2 closets, one studying desk and a nice veranda with table set outside. These 2 Bedrooms share a spacious bath with bathtub. Near the dining room area there is also a WC for guests. Swimming pool: The swimming pool of 50m2, lies at the back of the house. It's full with sea water, which is the healthiest and safest disinfection system for everyone. Of course filtered and maintained with the higher standards. In the swimming pool area, there is also a bathroom, an outdoor shower and nearby a kiosk with BBQ, traditional outdoor oven and dining facilities (tables – chairs etc.). There is plenty of space for children to play and a Ping Pong table for anyone who is interested. Facilities: The villa is fully air conditioned (cold/warm), has 24 hours warm water and WiFi all over the place. Television, DVD, vacuum cleaner, ironing tools, hair drier, bed linen and towels are also provided for you to use. There is parking area for two cars and spacious verandas all around the house. On the basement, there is a also a small apartment for the superintendent, used as his office, in which he occasionally may stay overnight if agreed with you. During your stay in the villa, you can have any support you need from him, as he's also the one who's arranging for the cleaning of the outdoors and the maintenance of the pool and the garden. The villa is located in a peaceful neighborhood near the beaches and the Lagonissi Grand Resort Hotel. Lagonissi is located approximately 30 km southeast of Athens and 35 km northwest of Cape Sounio. Lagonissi is filled with luxury homes, beaches as well as several hotels and facilities lie within the Saronic and restaurants also cover the shoreline. Athens' Historic center is only 40 minutes driving distance. The lively Athens' southern beach suburbs of Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni with their endless quality shopping, dining, clubbing and organized beaches are only (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes driving distance to the west.
