Breda, private rooms with beautiful garden

My detached house is located in the lively city of Breda,, about 4 km from the city center, in a quiet street. The loft that I rent is approx. 30 m2. It is on the 2nd floor, new, warm (Email hidden by Airbnb) relax: guitars, novels, games, cd's lp's, travel magazines. tea and coffee making capabilities. There is a 2 person box spring 160 . heating for the winter and a fan for the summer. Wifi is free of charge. The spacious luxury bathroom and toilets are shared with me and there are bathrobes. If you are coming with 3 people , you get the loft and the room for 1 pers on the 1st floor Smoking is allowed in the garden. The garden offers a wide view over farmlands. This spot is truly unique for Breda. So rural and yet so close to all facilities. It is wonderful to stay here, both in the summer and in the winter !!! For information about places of interest, interesting places and restaurants, I am happy to assist you. My house is guarded by a darling dog and a sweet old cat. Hospitality is very important to me. I am in for a chat while enjoying a drink in the living room, but I also respect your privacy. Breakfast and / or dinner possible, washing machine, dryer and bicycles available in consultation. There is unfortunately no place for pets, parties, children, young friends and / or girlfriends group, but my house is super suitable for couples, traveling alone, as well as the businessman / woman. For nature lovers we have our beautiful Mastbos in Breda and our great city park Valkenberg, where often cozy things are organized. Breda is a vibrant city where there is always something to do. Stores abound and it has a super cozy center with the most bars per m2 !! 😊 In the vicinity of Breda are the Efteling, Biesbosch, Beekse Bergen, nice surrounding Brabant Burgundian villages, walking and cycling routes. Antwerp, Rotterdam, Tilburg, Den Bosch are all within a half hour drive. There are 2 shopping centers within 1 km, the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The distance to the A16 is 2 km. The airports of Rotterdam and Eindhoven are about 60 km away. Schiphol is one hour away. There are available against payment : a .washing-machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and bicycles. Even breakfast and diner is possible., you are welcome in my livingroom. Also is there available, if wanted, adresses for touristic information in the area or other cities , for example bars and restaurants , events etc etc. check in and out: flexible, in consultation. I will be there to open the door for you. However, I like it when you arrive before 00.00. Also like to respect the peace in the house between 00.00 and 07.00.
