A haven of peace 15 minutes from Reims

In the heart of a champagne village surrounded by vineyards and forests, 15 minutes from Reims, you will stay in our house of architect, within a large independent studio of 45m, fully equipped and extremely luxurious, overlooking a terrace with jacuzzi at your disposal and on a garden with family swimming pool, also at your disposal. You will enjoy absolute calm and incredible comfort ! Passionate about architecture, art and decoration, you will stay in an independent studio of 45m very luxurious, an incredible comfort and fully equipped overlooking a private terrace with jacuzzi just for you ! You have access to the garden and the swimming pool which are family places. A large main room including a kitchenette (refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, basic groceries), to prepare a breakfast (coffee, tea, butter, jam...) and everything necessary to prepare your meals. A seating and relaxation area with a sofa, a coffee table, very comfortable designer armchairs, television. A king size bed, 180cm, an incredible comfort. If necessary, you have another room adjoining this studio which is actually a movie theater. It is a black room, completely soundproofed. It can be used as an extra bedroom for 2 people (bed 140cm) or room available if you have a child/baby and you want it to be quiet (and you too !). We can also provide you with baby cot. Included : wifi, towels and sheets provided, toilet paper. You will be at home as at home ! You will have access to the entire studio. On the other hand, you will not have access to a room (black door) next to the kitchen where the technical room of the house is located, another room (black door) which is a second room if you do not have one do not have utility as well as a last room close to the bathroom (white door) which is the basement. I will be there to welcome you in a way to explain to you how your "haven of peace" works, all the small details that will allow you to have a good stay, but especially the rules of safety relating to the operation of the jacuzzi and the swimming pool and I will be able to advise you on the best addresses in from Reims. I will also be there at your departure in order to collect the keys. We are in a small village of champagne very quiet in the heart of forests and vineyards. You will have all the necessary conveniences (supermarket, pharmacy, post, tobacco, bakery...) in another small village in 2km. We are 15 minutes from Reims TGV train station. Exit "Reims Tinqueux" from the highway, if you are driving. You can park your car on a small parking lot 20 meters above the house. We will of course help you, if necessary, for your luggage ! I remain at your disposal throughout your stay if you need anything !
