No access to a garden. Check in from 2pm Check out 11am. We live on the property but in a separate dwelling. We are a friendly couple aged 30ish and are here to help if needed. Quiet village with local pub serving excellent food. Local shop yards away. Historic priory and church ruins across the road. Village Hall and field is 1 minutes walk. Minutes from Goodwood and Chichester. Bus stop 200 yards away, will take you into Chichester town and surrounding areas. Taxi's available. Prices based on a self service stay. EXTRAS A luxury welcome hamper is available on request for an additional £30 on arrival. Breakfast options on request if available at £10 extra per person per night.
