This newly converted oak framed studio is the perfect get away in an isolated spot. With a spacious sleeping and living area and wetroom it has all you need for a relaxing stay. Set in beautiful grounds in the heart of a working farm, you are surrounded by nature. The large garden also has an unheated swimming pool, which is available to use in the summer months. Access to large gardens with outdoor seating and 360 degree views of The South Downs. Self contained space, gardens and pool. We live on site and are available to offer advice about the local area. Continental Breakfast can be brought to you on request at an additional charge of £5pp. This includes homemade granola, with organic yoghurt and berries, fresh orange juice, freshly brewed coffee and croissants with organic butter and jam. Gluten free and vegan alternatives available. Steyning is in the Heart of The South Downs National Park. It is a beautiful historic town with lots of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. There are numerous walks nearby. The property itself is situated directly on The Downslink Path, a National cycle route and bridleway, which runs from The North Downs near Guildford to Shoreham-by-Sea. The property is a 5 min drive or 20-30min walk from Steyning town centre, which can be accessed by bus from neighbouring towns of Worthing, Horsham and Brighton. Our nearest train station is Shoreham-by-Sea. Gatwick airport is 40mins away by car. The property is in the heart of a working farm so normal countryside rules should be observed.
