The studio is situated at the end of a quiet leafy cul-de-sac within easy reach of Cobham high street, and just 5 mins from M25, close to Heathrow and Gatwick airports, 20 mins from Guildford and London 40 mins by train. The Space: - Private en suite shower room. - Kitchenette comprising of: sink, fridge, single plug-in hob plate, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. - High quality mattress and linen, towels and a selection of hard and soft pillows. - Control your own heating and make yourself at home. - Outside: A private driveway with parking (for one car) right outside your own front door. - There is space to leave your bikes behind a locked gate and your private outdoor space. - Local High Street: we are a short drive (or 30min walk) to Cobham High St where you will find The Ivy, Coppa Club, Gaia, Grapelli, 63rd+1st, Fegos, several cafes, Gastro pubs, boutique shopping and more. - The Area: a short drive to the famous RHS Wisley Gardens, several National Trust properties and grounds, Paddle Boarding, boat hire, extensive cycling area including Box Hill, Hampton Court, Wimbledon, Chessington World of Adventures, Thorpe Park, Painshill Park and much more. The neighbourhood: A peaceful area in between Cobham and Oxshott - both high streets are 5 mins by car or a 30 min walk.
