Local restaurants and bars cater for all tastes,within walking distance. The Kitchen is well equipped, inc washing machine,ironing facilities.Comfortable lounge with TV, DVD, a range of DVD’s, a selection of books and unlimited Free Wi-Fi. Main bedroom, double bed ,wardrobes, chest of drawers, full length mirror and hair dryer. This bedroom also has its own shower room. Bedroom 2, single bed,plus folding bed with extra mattress topper for comfort if required for fourth guest.We can supply a travel cot upon request free of charge,wardrobe chest of drawers ,bedside tables and full-length mirror. Local large ASDA a short drive away. You're renting the entire house and as such guests are able to use all of the property. There is free on street parking, approximately 30 m from the property all we ask is that guests do not block the driveways of others. I give all my guests the space they require but I am on hand only a short drive away if needed, alternatively I am available on my mobile 24/7.Self check in available Newmillerdam is a beautiful scenic nature reserve which offers fantastic views of the lake and boat house, people from all over the UK visit here to take walks and have a bite to eat in the local pubs/restaurants. If traveling by bus there are two local bus stops only a 3 minute walk away, both stops are opposite each other and each take you to a different city (Wakefield and Barnsley) If you wish to travel to the lively City of Leeds there is a direct bus route, alternatively there are direct trains to Leeds and York every 30 minutes from the local station at Agbrigg, which is 2 miles away, car parking is available at the station We also have two local taxi companies who we highly recommend. We can provide a travel cot and high chair free of charge if required.
