Dempsey Meadows Inn - Sleeps 12

Dempsey Meadows Inn is a spacious 4 bdrm, 2 bath country home on 2 acres close to town & is the perfect place for enjoying Lava Hot Springs and its World Famous Hot Pools, floating the Portneuf River or playing in the Olympic Pool with slides. The Inn features a BBQ grill, Volleyball, & picnic area for summer. A large country home featuring a main floor master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The first floor open kitchen/dining/living room with a fireplace is perfect for socializing. A second full size bathroom is located off the kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms--one with a double bed, one with a queen bed, and the third one with two queen beds and a twin bunk bed. Occupancy limit of 12, including children, is strictly enforced. No smoking anywhere on the property and no pets. BBQ grill and volleyball area (May - October). Coming summer 2022: tetherball and twister. Large yard area with a fire pit and picnic tables. Parking spaces are limited to 4 in the winter months and 6 in the summer months. No RVs or tents permitted. Check-in instructions will be provided the morning of check-in via the Airbnb app. We live just down the street and are available to promptly help with any issues that may arise during your stay. Our home is located less than a mile from Lava Hot Springs on Main Street (which becomes Maughan Rd at the city limits). It is in a quiet, country area with mountain views. Our occupancy limit of 12 guests (includes children older than 2 years of age and adults) is STRICTLY enforced. No parties, events or reunions to be held on site. We are not able to accommodate tents or RVs. Exterior security cameras are in place and operational. These cameras cover all exterior entrances and the driveway/garage area. No interior cameras. Guests will be required to provide to host a photo ID and selfie prior to/or at check-in. A security/damage deposit of $200 will be collected via the resolution center prior to check-in and returned within 7 days of checkout less any charges for damages, violation of policies and/or missing items.
