It is a pretty, quiet and comfortable apartment with open gable, wooden floors and a dormer overlooking the garden. There is a double bed (140cm). If necessary, yet another folding mattress is available. The apartment has a separate entrance. If the weather is fine, you can enjoy the garden in a beach chair or in a hammock. For guests who stay longer, it is also possible to use the washing machine. I am pleased to give you tips about the many cultural and culinary offerings in Würzburg. Perhaps also arises on a beautiful summer evening once the opportunity together to drink a glass of Franconian wine on the terrace or cook together or to have a barbecue ... The quarter is very green ("Garden Town Keesburg"). On the one hand, there are excellent opportunities for walking or jogging in the vineyards - with a beautiful view over the Main valley - or in a small forest, on the other hand the connection to the city is very good. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a bakery and café (50m), a supermarket (100m), a pharmacy (100m), a bank (100m), an indoor pool with gym (300m), tennis courts (400m). Furthermore, there are four different restaurants to choose from within a radius of 400m. The bus into town runs every 12 minutes, the bus stop is 50 meters away from the apartment. Due to its proximity to the university campus “Hubland” and to the University of Applied Sciences, the studio is suitable in a special way for scholars and scientists who work only temporarily at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität. Here also special conditions could be agreed with regular use over the semester.
