Spacious studio + kitchen nearby city centre

A brand new and spacious studio with a big balcony on the second floor with a view on a park. The studio contains a kitchen with a fridge, small freezer and cooking facility. It has large windows on both sides so the room is very light. The door to the balcony and the window all have a screen. Spacious, light, clean, balcony. The room includes a kitchen and has a great view. Lots of parks nearby. You also have access to the beautiful garden. During your stay, I love to be of help when and where required. The environment is very clean, friendly and quiet. Also, there are parks very nearby. The city centre is only 20 mins walk along a lovely canal. The busstation is 5 mins. walk and the trainstation 15 mins walk. There is free parking right in front of the house. The studio is on the second floor . The bathroom is on the first floor. The beach is half an hour drive and there is a small like nearby. Cities like The Hague and Rotterdam are nearby . (10 mins by train and The Hague centre is 40 mins by bike).
