Previously, we have rented this house out to local residents as a self-catering space for visiting family and friends. A self-contained house with 3 x bedrooms ; Master king size, a Twin /double bedroom and single bedroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a sitting room with french windows opening out onto secluded,seated patio area and garden view. There is a smart T.V, Dab radio, Wi-Fi ,board games and a library of books for all your in-house entertainment. There's also drawing and watercolor materials, and a guitar for those feeling creative! Teas, coffee,milk , all linen and towels provided. Off road parking available, adjacent to house, and room for bicycle storage on site. Guests access the house through their own front door and yard. They also have their own seated, patio area for relaxing and dining, and access to a shared garden. Bicycles can be stored safely and off-road parking available. We live next door, so are happy to engage with chat and information or leave you alone in peace! Situated in a community-minded street, child friendly and welcoming to people from all backgrounds.The house is at the end of an alternative, community street. Two rows of houses built in the 1900’s overlooking beautiful country from both sides, with red kites frequently in view.There is now a Patisserie/cafe in the village that serves a range of refreshments and meals.A post office shop and an Italian restaurant is a short walk away. A lively community offering yoga, pop-up take-aways, Sunday morning Cafe, and a variety of other activities. Buses run regularly from the bottom of the street to Gateshead,Newcastle and Durham. There are many walks and cycle routes throughout the area. My place is close to Newcastle, Northumberland and Durham. There are plenty of walking and cycle routes that start from the door. A wide range of heritage sites, for all ages and interests. Beamish museum is only 9 miles from here. A diverse range of shopping opportunities from The Metro shopping centre to vintage and craft independants. Along with theatres, cinemas, galleries and museums, all accessible within a 10 mile radius. You’ll love my place because of the location, the cosiness, and the variety of activities available in the area. My place is good for families wanting to visit for vacations or to see their relatives.
