Private Annexe in village 5 miles from Silverstone

A self-contained studio annexe located 5 miles from Silverstone Circuit. Set in the quiet village of Pury End near Towcester, this is the perfect place to stay with some fantastic things in the surrounding area. Relax in your own self-contained homely space. Enjoy the comfort of a super-king bed (or twin singles) with views out over the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. Premium bedding and central heating to ensure that your stay is as cosy as possible. A extra mattress can be arranged for children aged 12 or under and we have a travel cot for infants that can be used. The annexe includes your own small kitchenette which includes a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. The kitchenette will be equipped with basic breakfast supplies. The bathroom contains a shower and bath for a that all-important soak after a long day exploring. The annexe comes with a television all linked to digital channels, and on demand services including iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4 and Netflix. Secure off-street parking is available. Our annexe is the perfect retreat with Silverstone Circuit and Whilttlebury Luxury Spar all on its doorstep. Guests have private and full use of the annexe and able to lock up. You will have full access to the half acre garden but this is shared with the owners. The drive way can handle up to two guest cars and a locked garage can be organised if necessary. We live on-site next door in the main house but have a lock-box for key collection and drop off. We are always on hand or at the end of a telephone if there are any questions during your stay. The annexe is located in the heard of Nothamptionshire's countryside surrounded by fields and plenty of footpaths. The next-door village, that is walkable, has a great pub and Towcester has various restaurants, shops and takeaways. Within 5 miles is Silverstone Circuit, the home of the British Grand Prix, Whittlebury Spa and Golf Course and the market town of Towcester. Within 10 miles is Milton Keynes Central with trains to and from London, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh. The Village is a short drive to the A5 which links Towcester to Milton Keynes. Milton Keynes has regular trains to and from London and other major UK hubs. There is a bus link to Towcester, Northampton and Milton Keynes within the village.
