Villetta Eyes on Blue (eyes on blue) is the ideal home if you are looking for sunny beaches, a place where you can never lose sight of the sea !! The house is brand new in every part and consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-dining room super new and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, fridge and freezer) outdoor shower with hot and cold water. All windows overlook the terrace where our guests will find a barbeque corner, a sunbathing area with sun beds and umbrella and a dining area with porch, table and relax armchairs. From every window it is appreciated a suggestive view of the sunset on the whole coast. Villetta eyes on blue is located in the Eden beach residence, designed for families and offering music and entertainment during the high season. Here you will also find a playground for the little ones and a soccer field. Villetta Eyes on blue is on the upper floor of a larger villa and thanks to the elevated position it is possible to admire a marvelous and wide view of the coast. It is a house of 45 square meters with a huge terrace that surrounds it and that overlooks the sea in the round. The sunset is lovely seen from here on! The beach is only 30 m from the house so you can reach it in a few seconds, take a swim and come home in time for lunch. The upper floor is totally separate from the ground floor and access to the apartment is at the back of the house via an outdoor covered staircase leading to the upper terrace. Only the entrance gate to the property and part of the ground floor garden will be shared. This cottage is made for families, smells of summer and sea, it is a house that makes you feel privileged.
