The Brambles, Peacehaven - self contained house

The Brambles is a lovely two bedroomed property in a quiet close of 18 houses in Peacehaven, East Sussex. It has two double bedrooms, lounge/dinner with a conservatory that over looks the south facing garden. The decor is cosy and comfortable with the opportunity to prepare everything you need in the compact kitchen. The bathroom has a beach theme, we are not far from the beach and cliffs.Peacehaven is 7 miles from Brighton, Newhaven 3 miles, Seaford is 6 miles, Eastbourne 17 miles. The house is lovely and cosy in a very quiet close with parking both at the rear of the property and at the front of the property on the street. It is close to the meridian centre which is the local shopping centre and also where the nearest bus stop is for catching a bus locally. We are only 3 miles from Newhaven so it is ideal if you are travelling on the ferry and need an overnight stay. We are only 7 miles away from Brighton so it is ideal if you need somewhere to stay for viewing universities, have a need to stay somewhere in relation to the Sussex County Hospital, business trips etc... but on a budget with all your home comforts .. without the huge expense of Brighton parking it’s often easier to commute in and out. Please note we do not have the facility to allow electric cars to be charged but understand that this is available at local Petrol stations. The property has steep stairs and therefore is not suitable for young children. Children should be supervised at all times. Nb: we welcome families who need a place to stay with relatives who are in hospital we ourselves have been affected by having a relative in hospital for over a year and know how sometimes you need a base or somewhere to stay. Whilst Peacehaven is 7 miles away the bus goes from here and stops outside the hospital. Please do let us know if this is the case and we will do everything we can to make your stay comfortable in what may be a stressful time for your family. The property is available to the guests to use as their own. No additional guests except those listed in the booking are to stay at the property I live locally and therefore am available for any questions or concerns. There is also a reference guide in the home to help you with things such as local taxi firms, takeaway restaurants etc.. The property is close to the local bus route and you can walk from the property to the beach. In addition to this there are lots of local attractions. You can use your car locally, but there is a good bus route and the nearest train station is 3 miles away. There is even the opportunity to get the ferry to France - Newhaven to Dieppe. In December the host will put a Christmas tree in the house for decoration. No parties. No smoking is permitted at the property. All guests are kindly asked to not wear shoes in the carpeted area.
