A recently completed maisonette at 2014, with great view to sea. Several choices to enjoy the view from the balcony or simply relax in the garden. Overlooking a nice cove and so close to several beaches within minutes. Many choices for food or activities in the area The house is approximately 4 km from the Chorefto. It is ideal for those wanting a relaxing holiday in complete tranquility in a unique spot since there are no other houses close around, really making your holiday private! A two floor maisonette built on stone and wood with materials taken from the very same location, several areas to relax in house or in the garden and an amazing view !! Take a 5 minute drive and reach the beach of Agii Saranta which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Pelion. Within another 3 more minutes, one can reach the beach of Chorefto ! -1st bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed -2nd bedroom equipped with a sofa-bed which can accommodate 1-2 adults plus a double bunk bed suitable for 1-2 children/adults as well -living room -dining room -kitchen -2 bathrooms -4 balconies - Garden - Parking - BBQ - Ηammock - Kids tree house (on the ground) The house can easily accommodate 5 persons The house is sitting alone in the middle of a downhill, offering a great 270^ view and calmness of the landscape. Nevertheless within: - Minimarkets, 3min drive - taverna, 3min drive - butcher shop, 3min drive - coffee shops, 3min drive - pharmacy, 3min drive * In 7min drive, one has access to: - More tavernas, 7min drive - restaurants with fresh fish food and local specialities - more supermarket options * 20min drive, there is access to: - banks and ATMs, 20min drive - hospital, 20min drive - more pharmacy - more taverna - more coffee - more supermarket options Guest have access to the entire maisonette with private entrance and balconies. In a separate section, the lower floor is used by the owner periodically as a holiday apartment and usually will be there at guests' service. One can have quick access to some of the most beautiful beaches of Eastern Pelion. When at home, one can relax with a view at Aegean Sea, North from mountain Athos as South as the islands of Skiathos and Skopelos. Many options in the area for trekking, mountain bike, ski, walk on old stone paved paths, fishing, beach volley etc. If you like Hiking : (URL HIDDEN) Beaches - Agii Saranta beach, closest beach to Villa and probably the best one in the area (a few beach bars offer coffee or food variety on the beach) - Tsagkarada, Fakistra beach, remained isolated for years, now being famous after road construction made it reachable - Milopotamos (...the beach with the big stone with a hole in it) - Plaka beach (Close to Agios Ioannis, there is a beach bar and you may be served while being on the beach) - Chorefto beaches (this is three beach, every next one, you will need less clothes on) - Xinovrisi beach - Potistika beach - Lambinou Cafe/Bar - Portaria, caffe Antique1960, next to the parking in the middle of Portaria, very nice place to relax in a stone built cafe (wifi pass : caffeAntique1960) before moving on for Hania. - Damouchari, A bar on the way to the beach of Damouchari, one of the places that Mama mia was filmed - Damouchari, dont miss the hotel bar on the way to Damouchari beach on the right side - Tsagkarada, bar Scala, various flavours of music depending on the day- Tsagkarada, cafe on the main road in the middle of Tsagkarada, just accross the Aleka's restaurant - Kissos, cafe Scholarchio, traditional coffee and local fruit sweets and wonderful music by Vassilis (Kissos square is strongly recommended for noon/evening) - Zagora, Bar Stamou, operating in an old stone built house - Radiofono, nice guys, best view overlooking the square of Zagora, wifi zone - Agii Saranta beach, Monk (ex Mamba) (a ...must visit during summertime) Where to eat - Makrinitsa, ΑΑΑ, The "chef" left from coiffure business, inspired by Mount Athos, and now cooks for you in the last house/taverna found by the end of road round Makrinitsa square. (Chicken with local noodles (chilopites) and local donuts (loukoumades) are a must ) - Tsagkarada, Aleka, the old traditional taverna has turned now to a more sophisticated restaurant, nevertheless, still serves some of the old good stuff (lachanodolmades) - Tsagkarada, Aghia Kyriaki square, next to the Hotel Centauros, have changed the whole style to a more Myconian-like white colour, envertheless, rabbit, eggplant and tourloubouki(mix of various cheese tomato and pepper) remain very good choises. If you are lucky, you may be served by Alexandra - Ai-Giannis, Agapitos, the elegant restaurant of the area. managed by an ex-grand chef and offers an excellent view to the port of Ai-Giannis. Reserve a table in advance, I prefer it by evening. - Ai-Giannis, An old taverna next to the seaside parking, offers traditional Greek kitchen (very tasty cooked or oven specialties). If you are lucky you may be served on the beach - Mouresi, Tavernaki, view to Aegean, it is easy to find it since it is on the road to Tsagkarada, I prefer it for lunch or early dinner during daylight to enjoy the view from a table on the outside balcony - Anilio square, Taverna on one of the most beautiful squares of Pelion. You will be served by Stavros or Anastasia, +(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). You can enjoy omelettes for breakfast, meatballs, goat or pork ) - Analipsi beach, Taverna Plimari, (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), Fish caught by his own boat, various small meze, traditional cheesepie. For easrier access you may drive thru Zagora-Pouri asphalt road, alternatively you can drive by Chorefto with parts of road covered by cement or dirt road * - Xinovrisi beach, the most fresh sardin(gavros), I ever had, everything is made from the house, the place has been painted in happy colours and a view to the Xinovrisi beach (Tip : If you visit during a busy August period, i advise you to park on the first available parking before the narrow deadend road that ends by the taverna) Note The above are my personal view and you are encouraged to get your own view by exploring the area
