Private luxury contemporary suite for two guests on ground floor of recently renovated house. Near Ilkley, Addingham, Bolton Abbey, The Tithe Barn wedding venue and Harrogate, Spacious king size bedroom, a large en suite luxury shower room, separate sitting room and patio area. The house is set within a beautiful garden which guests are able to use for a picnic or for a glass of wine. Situated in area of outstanding natural beauty with wonderful uninterrupted long distant views. Kind sized very comfortable bed with white high quality cotton bedding, towels and toiletries provided. Sitting room with two settees, coffee table and tv, DVD player plus selection of films. Cereal/milk, orange juice, bread/butter and homemade yoghurt and tea/coffee making facilities provided. In addition a mini fridge, toaster and cafeteria are provided. Any dietary needs will be catered for-just let us know. Guests will have their own self contained living space with it's own private access. Guests can come and go as they please and will not disturb us. Living space includes en suite bedroom with wardrobe, kitchen area and separate sitting room. Patio and outside space for a warm day/evening. Chris and Tony will be available most of the time or contactable by phone to offer advice to ensure guests can make the most of their stay. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Close to Ilkley, Addingham, Harrogate ,The Tithe Barn (wedding venue) Bolton Abbey and the Yorkshire Dales. Popular walking and cycling area. Fantastic walks and cycle rides are available from the door step. The Devonshire Arms Restaurant on the Bolton Abbey Estate , Pubs in Ilkley and Addingham and the renowned Betty's Tea Rooms are amongst the numerous excellent local places to eat. Other local attractions include:- Ilkley cinema, Ilkley swimming pool and lido, golf and tennis clubs, RHS Harlow Carr Gardens, Harrogate Turkish Baths, Mallham Cove and the David Hockney art gallery in Saltaire. Ideally situated for walking and cycling. Guest are able to store and clean their bikes in the garage. There is no direct public transport however train stations are situated in Ilkley and Skipton. We are prepared to collect guests to and from either station. We will offer you a warm welcome and will ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Yorkshire.
