A villa surrounded by meadows near Split

An open space concept house with two separate studios with all amenities located on 1 ha of land with heated swimming pool 32msq, large barbecue, well, orchard and small vineyard located in a small Dalmatian village of Brštanovo. The countryside is very picturesque with untouch nature and serene peace. The location is situated 25 km from Split (40 min), and its surrounding beaches. An ideal place highly recommended for families or group of friends wanting to get away from their busy lifestyles. The main house has an open space concept with a gallery (attic) where is located the bedroom with one queen bed, a sofa, a drawer and hangers. On the ground floor is located the kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, stove with an oven, microwave, double sink, fridge with freezer, kettle, toster) and a kitchen island. The common space consist in a dining area with a big dining table for 6 and more, a lounge area, a satellite TV and an oven/fireplace, air condition. A closet space, a washing machine, and a bathroom with shower, shared a more private part of the house. Two separate studios are located in a separate smaller house facing the some patio as the main house, and consist each in one queen bed, drawers, hangers, and feature with bathrooms with sink and showers. Both studios have air conditions. The house has a central terrace at the entrance and one smaller covered patio. There is a sunbathing area around the pool with a lounge set and four loungers, there is also an outdoor shower. The dimensions of the pool are 4x8 m (32 msq), deep 1,80 m, the pool is also heated and the water is an averege of 25 C degree. The property extend on one hectare of land and you can access to all of its parts, from the cherry tree orchard, the little vineyard, the meadow on the back of the house, to the swimming pool, the sun deck with an outside shower, and a barbecue, etc. We will welcome you in our villa at your arrival and we will provide you any information you needed or any question you might have in person. During your stay you will be able to contact us (via phone, email, text, viber, etc.) in case of any need. Note that we are living in the city so for any reasons you want us to come it takes us 30 to 45 min to reach the house. It will be also our pleasure to give you reccomendations for restaurants or tourist attractions: to the main islands reachable from Split harbor (with ferry to the island of Brač 50 min, to Hvar 120 min), to national parks as Krka national park (68 km distant), Plitvice lakes (200 km), Kornati islands, Unesco heritage patrimony as the Dioclatian palace in Split (25 km), the old town of Trogir (44 km), the cathedral of Šibenik (53 km), archeological site of Salona (20 km), etc. The estate is fenced and has a lot of privacy, the closest neighbours are 300 m away. Nevertheless you will experience real countryside life and encounter some domestic animals or at least hear the neighbour's donkey. There are sign roads for bike trail which hilly landscape with narrow asphlat and macadam roads make it perfect for countryside ride. There isn't any direct public transportation from the airport to the house. If you are coming with car contact us prior your arrival for precise directions. If you are coming by plane we can arrange a transfer to the property or a rent-a-car (extra charge). (Airport distance 40km) There is a public transportation (bus) that connect the village of Brštanovo with the city of Split and goes every hour (doesn't drive on Sundays and on holidays). There are road sings for bike trails around the villa Please let us know in advance if you need a baby crib, or a single bed, or baby feeder chair. Pets are allowed on request, extra charge 5€ per night. Note the closest grocery store is 7 km away (an 8 min drive).
