Newly renovated cottage with panoramic views of Drøbaksundet and Oscarsborg The cabin contains: - Living room - Kitchen - Bathroom with shower, WC and heating cables - 3 bedrooms (2 + 2 + 1) - In addition 2 sleeping places in the sofa bed in the living room - One of the bedrooms has a large desk that converts to a bed at night - 4 square metre newly renovated small cabin. Ideal as playhouse for children The living room has a fireplace and good views to the terrace and the fjord through large windows. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. One has a bunk bed and one is a combined spacious workplace / office and large single bed 'Hiddenbed'. See link below. The cabin is west facing with a great view of the fjord. It is sunny from morning to evening when the sun sets behind Håøya. In front of the cabin there is a large terrace with glass drafts towards the fjord. Here you will find a coal grill and outdoor furniture. By the road there are 3-4 parking spaces. 5 minutes behind the cabin is the Øvredammen with swimming and fishing possibilities (trout and perch). See link below. Here is also a great hiking trail and Frogn dog park where dogs can play without a band in a fenced area. The area has several historical tourist destinations such as Seiersten Skanse. For more tour suggestions see link below. In the winter there are two light trails in the area. Old Drøbak is 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes to walk from the cottage. There is a short taxi ride from Drøbak up to the cabin. Drøbak has a good selection of cozy eateries, galleries and shops. Every Saturday is the market day in the square. You can swim in the bathing park or on one of the beaches in the city. At the square is the Christmas house that sells Christmas decorations throughout the year. In the cozy harbor lies Drøbak aquarium. From here you can go to Oscarsborg Fortress where you can go for a walk or walk around the museum on your own. Amfi shopping center a little above the center of Drøbak has all the shops and services. Here you will also find an 18-hole golf course. The cabin is 40 minutes by car from Oslo. Bathing, walking tours, and fishing 5 minutes away around the Øvredammen. Walk or use your ca to get to and from Drøbak. Taxi from Drøbak to the cabin costs about NOK 80.
