Family apartment ideal for 1 family with children, located in quiet part of Špindlerův Mlýn - Bedřichov. Our guests can use two bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, skiroom and two balconies with great view at the mountains and skislopes. Špindlerův Mlýn center, rope centres, bobsleigh, aquapark, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. A skibus stop and playground are located in front of the house. Parking for one car available. Free wifi. Our apartment is suitable for families with children. Some toys, family games and books available as well as TV with DVD player and Radio-CD player. Baby chair and bed are available on request. A nice playground is located in front of the house which can be used in winter for sledding. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, plates, cups, glasses etc. There is enough storage space in each room. Parking in front of the house is available for one car in winter time and two cars in summer time. Public parking is located 5 minutes walking from the house. Špindlerův Mlýn is popular winter sports resort. However it is suitable for holiday at any time of the year. In wintertime the area is perfect for wintersports and for the rest of the years for hiking and other activities. There are two ski areas (Svatý Petr and Medvědín) easily accesible by skibus. There is also skating playground not far away from the house. For the lovers of cross-country skiing, there are plenty of tracks of different levels in the surrounding. For the beginners we can recommend Buď fit track nearby the city center or the short track in Horní Mísečky area etc. For advanced skiers there are many more possibilities. There is a daily bus connection between Špindlerův Mlýn and Špindlerova bouda, which is a good starting point for tracks at the top of the mountains. In summer time, the town is great place to start your nature walks and you can start you walk immediately in the forest behind the house. There are many other activities in the neighbourhood such as rope centers, bobsleigh, aquapark etc. and also a swimming pool located in Vojenská zotavovna 5 minutes walk from the house. The grocery is 5 minutes walk.
