This beautiful, sunny bedroom is a perfect retreat after a long day. This room has a queen sized bed perfect for your much needed rest. Friendly neighbors who watch out for each other. Parking is an option in my driveway for the guest who stays in this room to have one car. Please note that there is one full and one half bathroom in the entire house. That means that both bathrooms are shared. Sometimes I am home to interact with guests but sometimes I am not. I'm always available by phone and usually respond within one hour of contact. A beautiful very residential neighborhood. Neighbors are frequently out and about, so say hello! Parking is available in my driveway, one car per room booked. Street parking is not allowed in University Heights. There is another room I rent out, so be mindful of other guests! The doors do not lock on the bedrooms due to past experiences with guests locking themselves in the room. This has never been a problem for guests, just for me accessing a guest when they needed help.
