Opening 2019! Welcome to the large new modern apartment close to the center, where up to 6 people can easily and comfortable find space. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with your family, friends or as a couple with your loved one! We rent in our house (clima house category A) a new built and modern family apartment. The apartment has got a surface of 115m² which includes an open space kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, large bathroom with two sinks, shower and bathtub, an additional bathroom with shower, also a laundry room with washer and dryer. The heating (floor heating) and cooling (ceiling cooling) of the building is operated by an air heat pump, thereby ensuring an ecological and sustainable way of heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots, crockery, cutlery and tea towels. We also provide cots, highchairs, children's crockery, games, books, etc. We have two private parking spaces for your vehicles. You can deposit bicycles in our underground garage. Free Wi-Fi   Pets are not allowed in our house for hygienic reasons. The new apartment is a Non smoking apartment. South Tyrol's South offers you various freetime activities throughout the year, so our accommodation is open throughout the whole year.
