Renovated Barn with Pool!

Enjoy summer days by the pool or winters snuggled up by the fire. Unique home with 4+ bedrooms. Situated on 5 beautiful acres with an in-ground saltwater pool and tons of space for outdoor relaxation. Open layout with kitchen/living/dining that leads right to the large deck with BBQ firepit and plenty of outdoor seating. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and full bath. Entrance level has additional bedroom. Lower level has a large playroom with ping pong table and separate office both can sleep guests There are chickens and a vegetable garden. Help yourself to fresh eggs and veggies! The chickens have an automatic water and feeder so you won't need to bother with them if you don't want to. We only ask that you stay out of the garage. Available by phone We are just a 5 minute drive to the charming town of Katonah which is filled with unique shops and restaurants like the Whitlock ideal for outdoor dining and brunch, the Blue Dolphin for amazing Italian food, the Reading Room for wonderful lunch/picnic items. Noka Joes offers coffee and kids bookstore upstairs and G Willikers is fabulous kids toy store! If you like hiking there is the Bedford Audbon trail just up the road you can easily walk to. There is also a path that goes over the reservoir dam where you can walk or bike to town without going on any main roads. Just a 5 minute drive to the Katonah metro north stop so easy NYC commute!
