Beautiful house for 1 or 2 families close to beach

A large house close (3 minutes) to the beach in Nyhamnsläge with golf courses in the close area, perfect for one or two families. 6 beds divided in 4 separate rooms. We have just renovated the house and the big room of 25 square meters with large windows is amazing. Furnished in a stylish way with big kitchen and living room area with TV and open fire place. Amazing garden with a nice balcony area surrounded with a big vine. A lot of space for a big family and off course a trampoline for kids. A beautiful house and lovely garden. Six beds (2 king 180 cm, 2 queen 120 cm 1 bunk bed 90x90 cm) + 2 extra beds. Baby cot available. The guests have access to the whole house except for a storage room. Really beautiful area. Close to beach, lovely nature, golf, old harbor, running possibilities. Car is to prefer but there are really nice bike "roads" and the bus stops 100 m away. Sheets and towels not included in the price and unfortunately NOT possible to arrange. Cleaning is not included but CAN be arranged approx. 2-3 weeks in advance (approx. 110 euro).
