Historic Home on Summit Avenue with amazing views of the Cathedral and accross from the James J Hill House. The Unit was completely renovated, and is cozy comfortable and totally private. Located on the 2nd floor of the home with seperate entrance. We do not allow gatherings, parties, celebrations or get togethers of any size. The entire house is non smoking. We do not allow the use of tobacco products or Marijuana inside or outside the property.
