Condo del Rey w/ ocean&open views!

My condo is located in a really safe/friendly neighborhood. It's a 10 min. walk to the beach with beautiful views from all areas of the condo. I have bikes, pools, and jacuzzis that are conveniently downstairs with a BBQ on the deck. 6 min from LAX. Hello! The layout is a suite style condo and private bathrooms on each side. I listed the 2nd bathroom as private though shared (only if any of my friend/family visitors need to use while here). I am currently living in my condo in my Guest bedroom and renting out the Master Suite side to ONLY FEMALE GUESTS. Just as an FYI...I am willing to discuss having 2 guests if requested, though I would want to discuss it first via email. I am listing my Master BR/BR side of my condo in hopes to VERY SOON find a month to month, more semi permanent roommate for $2000/mth. which includes util. and a pkg. space in the underground pkg. garage. I will share the common areas (living room/kitchen/dining/balcony). We will discuss what that means exactly for mutually respectful private time. The guest bedroom, although smaller, is cozy & has no common wall to neighbors (common area exit stairwell on other side of wall). It has a queen size bed. I also have 10 foot ceilings throughout my home that lend to a nice open feeling. The cozy outside balcony is private in that you cannot see the neighbors, nor can they see us. While you are sitting on the balcony, either having coffee in the morning or cocktails at sunset, you can watch the LAX planes take off & land; exciting & fun! My windows and glass sliding door are double paned, so when the doors and windows are shut the sound is fine. I also want to mention that it is on the second level of a three level condo complex with elevator or stair access. There are 3 jacuzzi's and 2 pools in the complex, though just one of the pools & jacuzzis is open after a remodel and the others will hopefully be up and running again very soon. You will have one underground gated parking space and many nearby guest parking spots. There are 180 units in my complex so there are 2 pool areas, 3 jacuzzis, a clubhouse, gym, and men's & women's steam rooms (centrally located). I have two fun cruiser bikes as well for your use during your stay. There is a gate code entry for guests in that you dial on a keypad and someone in the condo dials you in by answering the phone in the kitchen and pressing 9. As well, you will have a garage door opener, key fob, and a key to the outside gates, front door key, and a gym key. I am very friendly and I do like to socialize and meet people. I love to cook on a regular basis for friends & family. I use to run a very busy day spa with 180 employees at my location, and I am now in between jobs deciding on my third chapter in my life. I am home a lot right now, mostly due to the pandemic, though I can stay out of your way as needed. I look forward to hosting you!! I love taking walks through the neighborhood with so many nice people out strolling their kids or walking their dogs, and if you should so wish to take a nice power walk either west over the hills of Playa to the beach or east of the building you can get a great workout doing so, with awesome views of the surrounding cities of Marina Del Rey, the ocean, and on a clear day you can even see downtown LA, Century City, the Hollywood sign, and right from my deck or your walk, Catalina Island in the distance. :-)) We have awesome coffee & pastry shops, local bars & restaurants with great food all at a safe walking distance day and night. We even have fun live music every weekend at the Prince of Whales down the street. There are 3 convenience markets right here in town as well! Uber and LYFT come right to you within less than 10 minutes and they both offer shared rides (costs less). As I mentioned earlier, it's a quick 6-7 minute ride from LAX. Marina Del Rey is only a 5 min. drive or you can ride bikes there. Beautiful Manhattan Beach is only a 10 min. drive just south of here with many shops & restaurants. I live only 20 minutes from the J. Paul Getty Museums and downtown LA, Beverly Hills & Hollywood, & Malibu Beach are all about 30 minutes away. We have two great freeways (90 & 105) exiting Playa del Rey, or should you wish to you can just drive up the beautiful coastline. There are also public buses that leave Playa & train transits just south of Playa (10 min. away). I can provide all the details for you. The pools and jacuzzis have been under construction though the management states that the law suit is the reason for the delay for my closest pool/jac. remaining closed. However, the front pool/jacuzzi are remodeled and open!!!! As I mentioned, the ocean is a 10-15 min walk:)
