The downstairs has three bedrooms which sleep six plus two more on a pull-out sofa bed in the common room which has the TV, microwave and small fridge. Guest have access to the entire house less the upstairs bedroom. Access includes spacious mudroom, open kitchen-dining-living area along with upstairs deck. Additional access also includes the downstairs bedrooms and a common room that opens on to the large deck for seasonal grilling and entertaining. At check in and check out. If asked, Walter can help customize your visit with his extensive knowledge of local attractions and events throughout the four seasons. He also can arrange for breakfast preparation at an additional charge. Walter is nearby, but not on- site during whole-house rentals.
