Very welcoming, this farmhouse has been carefully renovated and develops its living space with its central courtyard with lawn. Possibility of meeting around a large table inside and outside to share moments with friends and family. An open courtyard allows you to have lunch sheltered from the sun or bad weather. Billiards, Ping Pong table, Swing, barbecue and children's games are self-service. The house is made up of 3 independent buildings that we only offer to one tenant. You don't run the risk of meeting strangers in the garden. However, we open from 1 to 3 buildings depending on the number of people in the rental: From 1 to 5 people, only house 1 will be open; 2 bedrooms, one on the mezzanine will be available ("Camille" bedroom in photo), the kitchen, a bathroom, the dining room and the TV area. From 6 to 10 people, the previous house as well as house 2 including 1 bedroom (Monet bedroom) and a very large additional mezzanine with beds and table football in photos, the billiard room and an additional bathroom. From 11 to 15, the 2 previous houses as well as house 3 including 3 bedrooms ("Angel" and "Princess" bedroom in photos), 2 additional bathrooms and a playroom for children. Whatever number you are, you will have exclusive access to the entire garden. Access via a large gate which allows parking 3 vehicles in the garden of the house. An outdoor free car park allows you to park other vehicles. We are at your disposal for all information you need. Feel free to ask questions. Take the speedway A5, exit "Marolles sur Seine" or take the speedway A6-A49 exit "Sens". Access by train in 55 minutes from Gare de Bercy. Stop at "Champigny sur Yonne" Station and "La Renaudière" is at 4 Kms from there. Sheets and towels are not included. Keep in mind to bring your own.
