The ideal Central Location with so many stunning beaches and attractions nearby. Indoor swimming pool, sauna, children's play area, tennis, crazy golf, Sports Bar and restaurant. We have a few properties on this Holiday Park ----- so we can accommodate large groups of guests. Great location just a short drive to Perranporth Beach and St Agnes Beach .... Porthtowan Beach is also just a short drive away ! LOVELY HOLIDAY PARK ...... set in acres of lovely countryside, lots of gardens and outside space for children to relax and play. The staff here are just lovely, and keep the children happy. This makes it a lovely relaxing holiday for parents too. COVID SAFETY --- Guests safety is very important to us. Anti Viral Products are used at each changeover This is a lovely modern Holiday Bungalow, with 3 bedrooms PLEASE NOTE : Ideally this property sleeps 6 guests with all beds made up for 6 guests. It is important for guests to understand that the 3rd Bedroom is a Fun Bunk Room for Children -- with 2 sets of Bunks. ...... One of these sets of Bunks will be made up for your arrival. There is also an extra set of bunks that can be used if families have an extra child or 2 ..... as long as you are happy to bring the extra sheets to use here on this extra set of Bunks. Please inform us if more than 6 guests will be staying. Small charge applies when more than 6 guests are staying. This is £49 per extra guest. .... Please note that the Bunk Beds are for use by children. We find that this really helps families that are bringing an extra child or 2. Open plan living space, with well equipped kitchen, large Lounge area with LCD tv, and freeview. 3 Sofas in Lounge area. LOVELY FACILITIES ON THIS HOLIDAY PARK --- ideal for families to enjoy time together. These facilities are open from March to November. PLEASE NOTE -- If Facilities are required, Reception will charge £5 per guest for the facilities pass -- to give access to these facilities. This is due before your arrival. On arrival Reception will give you the Facilities Passes. This is a fantastic central location in Cornwall ..... close to Perranporth and St Agnes and just a few miles from Truro and Newquay .......... with so many stunning beaches and attractions to enjoy PROPERTY DETAILS :- KITCHEN ---- Well equipped with Oven and Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge freezer. Dining table and 6 chairs in kitchen area. No washing machine avail. but there is a launderette on the site. LOUNGE AREA --- with 3 sofas, LCD tv and freeview. Lovely modern decor ..... with a lovely seaside theme. BEDROOM DETAILS :- 1 DOUBLE BEDROOM with double wardrobe, drawers, bedside drawers + lamp 1 TWIN BEDROOM 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside drawers, mirror ALSO FUN BUNK ROOM FOR CHILDREN ---- this now has 2 sets of bunks, so can sleep 4 guests if required. One set of Bunks will be made up for you. Please note : In the bunk room 1 set of bunks will be made up with fresh linen --- if you need to use the other set of bunks you would need to bring the extra bedding to use here. There is a small extra charge when the extra set of bunks is needed. PLEASE NOTE : The bunk beds are for use by children only. Fun modern decor with surfing and camper van pictures. Please Note : Beds will be made up for 6 guests, if more than 6 guests are staying -- please contact us before booking for full details Family bathroom ---- with full sized bath basin, wc. mirror. This resort is set in acres of glorious countryside .... ideal to relax, and for children to play. Im sure you will have a wonderful holiday here. Please bring your own towels. We can accept 1 well behaved dog at certain times ---- our cleaning company does charge £48 per dog. Please mention this before booking, there are strict conditions when bringing a dog. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a dog as this is not always possible. This is very important, and we do have to have strict conditions for this. We can only accept 1 dog. We have to be very strict about this. PLEASE NOTE --- Facilities on this resort are open from March to November. We can also offer amazing prices during the quiet winter months - this can be a fantastic time to visit Cornwall, with so many amazing places to visit.
