Boathouse

Csónakház, (Boathouse) is a unique converted building, featuring exposed beams and sun tunnel lighting. The house is stylishly equipped with a comfortable bed, with extra blankets and pillows available, sofa, table & chairs, outdoor table & chairs, and thermostat controlled electric heating. We also provide discounted bike hire to guests. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, hot plate, kettle, cafetiere, sink, saucepans, mugs, glasses, crockery & cutlery, tea & coffee. Refurbished in 2019, the bathroom and living area / kitchenette provide a smart base for your holiday or work stay. The house is set back from the cul-de-sac access road, and guests can enjoy their own garden area. There is also playground equipment in the main garden (swing, slide, trampoline, sandpit) and firepit. You have the entire building to yourselves, and part of the garden. Property owners are available in the main house or by phone. You'll be staying near to Andrassy Kastely (castle) and we're on the edge of the village, with much forest and asphalted cycling paths almost straight from the door. We're also close to the lake, which is popular for fishing, boating, birdspotting and just enjoying the beauty. The nearest train stations are Tiszaluc and Tiszalok. There are buses to the village from Tiszavasvari, Tiszalok and Polgar/Tiszaujvaros, and our place is 5 minutes' walk from the bus station.
