Our apartment hass been completely redone and refurnished . It is located in three-floor building with very sympathic neighbours. Although the area is very quite and secure you can reach the center of the city within less than 10 minutes by car or public transportation (the bus stop is right in front of the neighbours house). The apartment has a nice balcony where you can enjoy the sun. We are always looking forward welcoming new guests.If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. The bright, well-designed 1-room apartment (32 m²) on the 1st floor of an apartment building has a high quality and new equipment: - laminate floor - large balcony with west exposure - double bed (1.80 m) - spacious wardrobe - 2 comfortable armchairs with side table - Flatscreen with digital cable TV - WIFI (included in the price) - Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery, pots, etc. - Bathroom with rain shower - cleaning utensils - towels and duvet covers (each including replacement) - Washing machine in separate laundry room - own parking space on the property - final cleaning The apartment is completely at your disposal. In the basement there is a laundry room with a washing machine, which is also available to you alone. Although we do not live in the same house, but very close. If there is something, we will of course be there in a short time. In addition, we are also available by phone for any questions. When moving in, we hand over the keys personally, show the apartment and, of course, gladly answer any questions that arise. The apartment is located in a very neat, small apartment building in Karlsruhe-Neureut. Shops for daily needs are within walking distance. The city center is also not far away. Despite its proximity to the city, it is a quiet area with pleasant neighbors. A few meters from the house there is a bus stop. The bus leaves every 10 minutes. The city center can be reached with it in 10 minutes, as well as by car. There is a parking space on the property for the car. Highway (A5 and A8) and Südtangente (connection to the Palatinate) can be reached in a few minutes. Pets are not allowed.
