The accommodation facility, inside a historic home, is used for social, cultural, welfare, religious, sports, etc. purposes. Private, individual or organized groups, public bodies, social services, associations or families can use the facility. The structure has 11 beds divided as follows: 1 room for 3 people, 1 room for 2 people, 1 attic for 6 people, 1 bathroom with dressing room, 4 sinks, three showers, three toilets, 1 kitchenette. The duration of the stay is free and at the discretion of the guests Each bed has a mattress, pillow and blanket. You can have sheets and towels, personal hygiene products, as well as slippers for access to the personal bathrooms of the rooms. Hot water is available in the morning starting from 7 am and in the evening, starting at 6 pm. The kitchenette is self-managed in common with users. Each is required to rearrange and clean the premises used, with particular regard to the common areas. In the event of damage to the structure of the furnishings, users must compensate for the damage caused. Inside the guesthouse it is forbidden to smoke, bring animals, eat in the rooms. The waste produced must be deposited in the appropriate containers and each must contribute to their transport and disposal. The managers do not assume any responsibility for damage, theft of things kept inside and outside the guesthouse, while doing their utmost to ensure that such unpleasant events do not happen.
