Family Manou Summer Country house

Airconditioned summer house of 100sqm on a farm of 2500sqm total surface, full of trees and flowers, situated in a rural area, only 1200m from the beach of Vrachati, with 3 fully equipped bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and kitchen-living room, storage room and 2 parking spaces. We invite you to spend a wonderful holiday in our country house, which is not more than 1200m from the beach. Enjoy the tranquility and rest in the green (olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees). The domicile is 100sqm with 2 balconies, 2 beautiful terraces and cellar on a plot of 2500sqm and parking for 2 cars. Inside the house there are 3 bright bedrooms, which are lovingly furnished and have a beautiful view of the garden. In the middle of the house there is a comfortable living room with a fireplace, TV, CD player and a rustic full kitchen (refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, pots and spices). A modern bathroom is adjacent to the two bedrooms and a shower and hallway next to the third bedroom (studio). All bedrooms and are airconditionned. In all cabinets there are bed linen, towels, hair dryer or cleaning agent. In the cellar waiting for you 4 bicycles, a parasol, garden furniture, a small BBQ and charcoal. The house has an alarm system and internet connection. On the terraces you can enjoy your coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice from the fruit you picked yourself, or drink a glass of beer in the evening under the clear sky. This is the meaning of life in the Greek country, accompanied by the smell of roses, jasmine, mint and oregano. Your pets are welcome in the garden. During your holidays, you can not only go on the sea and cycle tours, but also on day trips to the ancient Corinth (15km away), Mykene (47km away), Epidaurus (60km away) and Naufplio (70km away) . In the evening, visit the numerous clubs, beach bars and restaurants or take a cruise through the Corinth Canal. You can reach us in 1.5 hour (distance about 125 km) either by car or by S-Bahn (direction Kiato) from the Athener airport. There is a taxi waiting for you and takes you to the front door. In the spring, you may feel the smell of the blossoming orange, lemon and olive trees. During the summer, the climate is pleasant (less humid and hot than on the beach front, the temperature is about 3o C lower. The cottage is located at a quiet street of low traffic, mostly prefered by bikers and strolling around pedestrians. The surrounding area is full of farms with fruit trees (apricot, olive, orange, lemon trees, etc) and vineyards. During summer the climate is less hot and humid than on the beach. The closest village is only at 600m. away(Mpolati). Ath the central place, you may find 2 taverns serving delightful, greek traditional menu, super market and a pharmacy. At the closest beach (Vrachati Beach) you may enjoy the sea and the sun, and relax at the numerous beachbars laid back on the (free of charge) sunbeds, or sitted at the tavers and cafes. At close distance you may discover other less frequented beaches, enjoy the scene serenity and come in contact with nature. Korinthian beaches are clean and most of them are awarded with the "Blue Flag" distinction. To reach us, you may choose public transportation: a) The Suburban Railway: The cottage is situated at 6 km away from the Suburban Railway Station (Zevgolatio), from where we offer you a complimented lift to our cottage. b) The Intercity Bus: The Korinthias' Intercity Bus from Athens will leave you at Vrachati - AEGEAN station, only 500 m. from our cottage, or your own vehicle: c) Our cottage is at only 100km away from Athens.
