Beautiful brand new modern house on the edge of Newcastle city. The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by almost every shop imaginable, you truly have the best of both worlds here. Whether it be a calm relaxing stay your looking for, some retail therapy, a romantic getaway, or the famous nightlife that Newcastle is known for, this is all at your fingertips within a 3 mile radius. The vast choice of shopping, fun activities, local restaurants and clubs literally are endless. The house is 2 bedroom and will sleep 4 people very comfortably. The decor is plush crushed velvets and boudoir style mirrored furniture with crystal chandelier lighting throughout. The master bedroom features a winged velvet embellished double bed with Orthopedic memory foam mattress for the perfect nights rest. Accompanied by large modern mirrored 4 door wardrobe, and opulent dressing table and furniture, the bedroom is spacious and fully equipt for all your needs. The second bedroom boats a practical, easy to use, daybed which can be folded out into a king sized bed or folded away as a single bed (see photos). There is plenty of wardrobe and drawer space alongside lavish dressing table area and decretive finishes. The bathroom is fitted with modern tiling and bath with overhead shower and beautifully lit Hollywood style bulb mirror. The ground floor of the property features cosy luxury decor where you're sure to feel right at home. The house compromises of a large dining and kitchen area with all your usual mod cons and boasting trendy antique mirrored feature wall. From here the double french doors open out onto a large south facing garden at the back of the house, which is a lovey tranquil spot for sunny days, or to have a meal on the Edwardian bistro table and chairs. Moving onto the living room, this echos the glamorous and delightfully cosy feel felt throughout the house with crushed velvet furnishings and a stunning contemporary mirrored baroque style French Louis fireplace between the 2 beautiful sofas, ornate accesories and a large television with HDMI cable available. Last but not least there is a nice little downstairs toilet which can be accessed from the front entrance lobby. The guests have access to all areas of the house, please make yourself at home! Parking is also available at the house on the driveway and an additional car can be parked directly behind the other, at the bottom of the driveway, adjacent to the house. I am a very attentive host and will be happy to assist with anything you may need before or during your stay. I am only a text or phone call away for prompt assistance or advise. PLEASE respect my neighbours. It is with great insistence that I ask all of my guests to be courteous of my surrounding neighbours and conduct themselves with good manners. Please appreciate that this is a family area therefore noise must be kept to a sociable level. Taxi's are very prompt in the area and a journey to Newcastle City Center will range from £5-£8 There is also a bus stop directly outside of the house which takes you directly to the City Center where you can also link to other forms of transport such as, alternative bus routes, metro (underground) and Newcastle train station I ask that all guests shoes are left at the door as I take great pride in my carpet :) I have a shoe rack available for your use.
