Comfortable double bed

This room is referred to as the 'boys room' within the family, it's where my grandsons can chill and play when they come to visit which is usually every other weekend and during school holidays. It is due to be redecorated during Christmas holidays. This room is a standard double room, it has two small bedside cabinets with two drawers each, ottoman bed and free standing ottoman for extra storage, table lamps and a fold away table and 2 stools ideal for using your laptop. There is no wardrobe as I wanted to create space for my grandson to play, but there is a large cupboard with hanging space just outside the door. The windows are fitted with black curtains. Small wall mounted TV with firestick. Guests are welcome to use the dining room and kitchen just as long as they leave both spaces clean and tidy. I will be here during stays to advise or help with guests requirements. I can provide an evening meal, nothing fancy, just what I will be having that day, there will be an additional charge for this. Mid terraced house situated in very quiet neighbourhood. Limited parking available. Tesco, Aldi and Lidl within a 5 minute walk, McDonalds, KFC, Domino Pizza and a variety of restaurants and takeaways all local and within just a 5 minute walk. Great transport services available. Train station within walking distance, bus stops directly outside house or within 2 minute walk. There may be others here during their stay, will advise at time of inquiry. I generally have a grandchild or two stay at the weekends.
