Little Luxurious Space with conservatory & garden

It is a newly renovated, modern, cosy, semi detached house in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. Although my house is a two bedroom house, only one of the bedrooms is available for rent, in addition to a bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen, living room, conservatory and a garden. As I live at the property, there are many of my belongings there but there will be a plenty of space for my guests’ belongings too. I move out of the house when my guests arrive and leave it super clean for them. I may also request access to the property during my guests stay (based on agreed day/time). I am always available and happy to receive and respond to text messages, any day/any time. With regards to phone calls, my availability is significantly reduced, Monday - Friday, 8.30-4.30 pm. Guests can try to phone, however, the likelihood that I will not be able to pick up, is high. The nearest points of interest which are within 1 mile from the property are: restaurants, puns, shops, supermarkets, leisure centre (with pay as you go access to the gym, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Elstree Studios are 0.9 mile away. The Hertfordshire University is 7.7 mile away. At times, based on pre agreed date and time, I visit the property, mainly to collect some of my belongings. It usually happens when the property is rented for more than 3 nights.
