Centrally located just outside the city in a family friendly neighborhood, it's the perfect location for all the local attractions including the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Whether you are in town for a wedding, concert, visiting family, or just coming to play, our home is the perfect place to end your day. The house has been renovated and is decorated with an eclectic farmhouse style. The living room is furnished with a beautiful sofa and love seat. Relax and enjoy your favorite shows and movies using our complimentary NETFLIX, HULU, PRIME VIDEO, DISCOVERY +, and PUREFLIX in the smart TV. The bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, And the occasional luxury item. The kitchen has a farmhouse vibe with the basic essentials for your cooking needs and is course there is a coffee bar to get your mornings started. The master bedroom has calm and relaxing decor with a super comfy bed for two, a large closet for folks in need of extended stays, a sitting chair, a full length mirror and a work space away from the main area of the house for folks in need of privacy while working virtually. The second bedroom has two super comfy beds to sleep 4, a closet for clothing storage, sitting chair, and a full length mirror. A roll away bed is available upon request for an additional fee to accommodate extra guests. Please let us know ahead of time so that we can adjust your price and set that up before your arrival. There is a front porch to enjoy your morning coffee as well as a back porch & patio if you prefer a more private setting after a long day of touring the area. Guest have full assessment to the house, driveway, yard and all amenities with exception to the basement and storage areas. I am a hands-off host, however if you should need anything I am a phone call or text away and always happy to help out in any way that I can to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Our community is small and cozy. Every warm heart who walks through our doors adds to the warmth and love that is part of our neighborhood.
