Ancient half timbered house with wood and clay

The house is located at the edge of Wolfenbuettel. Few meters to the Autobahn and the sourrounding forests and fields. Max 5 min to the city center and 10 min to Braunschweig by car. One room for two persons is always avaible. Additional persons on request, being placed in the living room or in the room of my son (15 EUR per room plus additional 7 EUR). We prepare breakfast for a surcharge of 6 EUR pp. Please ask for breakfast one day in advance. You´re in a renovated house build in 1787 made of wood and clay. There is no better climate to live in. The guest room has a boxspring bed 1,40*2,00m which is really comfortable for 2 persons. There are other possibillities to sleep in like in the living room or my son´s room. These are cheaper based on 15 EUR for the first person and 7 EUR for an addionational guest. Just let me know. You use a bathroom exclusively for you and you have access to the kitchen and the living room with a great hifi system if avaible. Sometimes it´s not. Tea and coffee are free of charge. There is next to always someone avaible in the house. We love to interact and socialize. Water, wine and beer is avaible most of the time at reasonable prices. We are located at the edge of the city of Wolfenbüttel, not some village 10km away. City center is 5 min by car, 10 by bike and 20 by walking. The Autobahn to Braunschweig and the Harz mountains are a 1 min drive. It´s calm and sorrounded by fields and forest. You may park directly at the house. There is a bus going to the city center directly in front of the house, daytime every 30min, taking 5 min.
