Super cozy 1 BR apt. own entrance, great loc.

Very quiet residential neighborhood, very clean, super cozy apartment with two bedrooms, living room; computer desk with work station, kitchenette (no stove), own bathroom, and amenities. 20 minutes away from Bridgeport, 15 minutes away from Yale, New Haven. Lakes in walking distance, Metro-North rail; 7 minutes, local shopping area 1 mile. Bus route in walking distance. Great neighborhood!! All are welcomed. Warm community. Very relaxing and quiet environment. 7 minutes to the railroad, several lakes around, 15 minutes from Sikorsky and many parks around Guests can access the entire apartment. The backyard and one space for a car I give guests their space but I am always reachable. I check in daily to ensure that my guests are comfortable and ascertain if they need anything. Many trails, and few state parks in close proximity to the town. Beaches not far away, creameries, farms and orchards. Guests can drive their own vehicle, minimal to no traffic congestion, or if guests are not in the mood to drive, UBER is available. Public transportation is a mile away. There’s UBER & UBER eats if you want to order in or get get around if you don’t want to drive. There are many restaurants in the town if guests want an evening of dining. Milford, New Haven and Bridgeport are only 20 minutes away for shopping. Griffin hospital, Milford hospital, Yale hospital, St. Vincent’s hospital and Bridgeport hospitals are all only minutes away for those who are visiting, and or doing business
