Modern Double bedroom & En suite, close to City

This place is a modern 3 storey townhouse, which is light and airy with garden and decking space outside, looking out over a small park with trees and play area. Close to the city centre , 5 mins walk from the train station, parking for 1 car. You would be staying here when when we are away from the house, you would have the entire ground floor as well as your ensuite room. In school term time there maybe occasions we are there but rarely at the weekends. The area we live in in Derby is both a quiet residential space and convenient for the City. The bedroom and ensuite that we offer guests is private and over looking the park outside, it has a temperature thermostat so you can set the temperature to suit you. The shower is excellent with a good flow of water. During your stay, in addition to the en suite bedroom you are welcome to prepare and eat food in our kitchen diner and use all out kitchen equipment. Residential and friendly neighbourhood with a small park outside so leafy and green in summer! Our place is so close to all transport connections - train station is a 5 minute walk away and bus station is 8 minutes.
