This is a family friendly neighborhood. Our place adjoins a walking/biking path and we are very close to Orchard Park. Final touches yet to come as we are still waiting on some furniture. Driveway will accommodate two cars, while there is plenty of on street parking as well. Wifi, cable TV (with sports package), and washer/dryer will help make your stay more comfortable. No smoking. No pets. Linens included. We are happy to provide you recommendations for activities in the area, restaurants, etc. We will be available during your stay to answer any questions and provide assistance . Far enough away from downtown if you want to get away from the college life but a short bike ride when you feel the need to connect ! The other full bath is in finished basement area with laundry . There is one full bath upstairs with the bedrooms and 1/2 bath on main living area. Kitchen appliances are usable but they could use an upgrade. If you plan to cook gourmet meals you may want to rent another place.
