Private room with own entrance and bathroom.

Nice and private room in the basement of our house with own entrance, bathroom and parking space in quiet neighborhood! Distance to grocery store = 1 km, to the beach = 4km, city centre = 3 km and to bus stop = 100 m. There's is no kitchen in the room but there is a refrigerator for cold drinks or breakfast. This is a guest room in the basement of our house with own entrance. The entrance goes through a former garage. There is a double bed and a extra bed can be put in the room in case of three visitors. A crib for a baby can be provided. Own bathroom with toilet and shower next to the room, towels and linen included. Coffee and tea available in the room and there is also a small refrigerator. We are quite flexible but we also have jobs during the week so it's always easiest with check ins after 16:00 during the work week. In the weekends it's easier to be flexible. Since we also live in the house we will be present. We live on another floor however so we will not interact with our guests but we are of course available if our guests have any questions. You will have access to a parking space for a car or a shed if you have bikes. There is a bus stop 100 meters from the house and the bus will take you downtown in 10 minutes. There is also a train station with trains going to Malmö and Copenhagen in the vicinity. A bus pass for the local bus can be arranged. We have two cats but they are not allowed in the guest area.
